Frequently asked questions

I changed phones. How do I move my game?

On your old phone, open Menu → Save backup and copy the code. On your new phone, open the game, tap "Have a backup code? Load from backup" on the title screen and paste the code. Your gems move with the save.

A pack I bought isn't showing

For the supporter pack and the ad-free pack, tap Menu → Supporter pack → Restore purchase. You need to be signed in with the store account (Apple ID or Google account) you bought it with. If you bought gems and they didn't arrive, write to us with the purchase date and the pack.

I watched an ad but didn't get the reward

The reward is given when the ad is watched to the end; if you close it early, there is no reward. With a weak internet connection the ad may not open. Some rewarded ads have a daily limit that resets the next day. If the problem continues, write to us.

How do I turn ads off?

Rewarded ads only open when you choose to watch them. The ads that appear on their own now and then are turned off by the ad-free pack or the supporter pack (a one-time purchase, no monthly payment).

How do I change my personalised ads choice?

On iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. In Europe, also in the game under Menu → Privacy and your data → Ad privacy options.

How do I delete my data?

Menu → Reset game deletes the single-player game. Details are in the privacy policy.
